"Period sanitary shorts" are undergarments that are designed to be worn with pads as backup protection against leaks and shifts. "Absorbent sanitary underwear" are those that are designed to directly absorb fluids.

How long can I wear them?

You can wear absorbent sanitary underwear as long as you'd wear a typical pair of undergarments. We do recommend changing them based on your personal flow, however, during heavy days or extended wear. You should also change them sooner if you feel any dampness or discomfort.
To maintain proper hygiene, you should always change and wash your absorbent sanitary underwear daily.
