Insert until the fingers holding the grip of the cylinder touch the vaginal opening.
This is how far in the body up to the pink line
Point!
Hold at an angle as if to lay the cylinder down. Don’t force it in. Find an angle where it easily slides in.

Push the blue cylinder
Hold the cylinder in place, and use your other hand to push the blue cylinder in.
Push until the fingers holding the cylinder and the finger pushing the blue cylinder overlap.
Push until the heart mark is hidden, and the absorbent part will enter the body.
Point!
Exhale and relax!
If you’re nervous and tense, it will be harder to insert, so breathe out and relax.

Keep pushing until the fingers holding the grip and the finger pushing the blue cylinder overlap.
STEP3: Pull out
Pull out the cylinder
Just pull it out with the fingers holding the grip. The string will be used for removal, so leave it hanging out.
Point!
If after inserting you feel uncomfortable, that means it’s not in the right spot. Take it out, and try again with a new tampon!
